Pupil Parliament
Last year saw the launch of Pupil Parliament at the Hollins. Pupil Parliament aims to give pupils the opportunity to have their say, from the environment they learn in to standards and structures within school.
In order to earn their spot on Pupil Parliament, students had to campaign and create a manifesto. They then spoke in their year group assembly to their peers, aiming to win their votes.
Students then took to the polls and cast their vote.
This year will see Pupil Parliament take a lead in the any changes or enhancements in school.
They will meet to discuss the important things their constituents have brought to them and look to make a positive difference in school.
