The Tiptree World Bread Awards are calling for the very best of young Britishbread makers to roll up their sleeves!

This is a chance for pupils to show off their baking prowess and win a fabulous set of prizes, including £250 worth of cookery equipment for your school!

The new Young Baker award is open to all under 18’s across Britain and the summer holidays are the perfect time for budding bakers to perfect their skills.

Whether baguette, bun or focaccia the baker of the winning loaf will enjoy a master class with Yann Legallais, Head of Production at Flour Power City, to be held at the renowned Kids’ Cookery School, London.  In addition, the winner’s school will win £250-worth of Waitrose cookery equipment.

With a fantastic line-up of judges, from TV chef Phil Vickery to Master Chef’s Charles Campion, world famous ceramicist Emma Bridgewater to award-winning baker and author Emmanuel Hadjiandreou, this is your chance to parade your school’s best bakers. Entries close on 6th September 2013.
