The latest addition to the school website can be found on the right hand side, under the newsletter. You now have a CEOP internet safety button – use this to report anything from abuse to grooming, even if contact is made through social networking sites unrelated to school. Check out the CEOP website to find out more.

From their website: “The Child Exploitation and Online Protection (CEOP) Centre is dedicated to eradicating the sexual abuse of children. That means we are part of UK policing and very much about tracking and bringing offenders to account either directly or in partnership with local and international forces.”

Remember that there is also a network of staff at Rhyddings who can help you if you feel that you are unsafe or if you just want to have a chat. Start with your form tutor, year leader, or any other member of staff who you trust.
