If your child is going on the Lockerbie trip you are invited to an information evening on Monday 13th January at 6pm. The meeting should last approximately half an hour and will be held in the Venue in school. You will be able to meet some of the staff attending the trip and see some photographs of Lockerbie and the activities available. There will be information regarding appropriate clothing and footwear, travel arrangements including timing, recommended items to take and items that should not be taken, spending money etc and of course you will have the opportunity to speak to myself and other staff about any specific concerns or questions you may have.
We will also provide you with contact details for you to use during an emergency.
Please return the slip attached to me to confirm your receipt of this letter and your attendance at the evening. If you are unable to attend please return the slip below and we will send the information to you using the address we have on our school system, if you have recently moved please provide us with appropriate contact details including postal address on the slip below.
