Starting next week the PE department are offering year 9 and 10 GIRLS the opportunity to participate in a fun, varied, active fitness programme that is completely FREE! Each week we are offering something different. Classes such as Zumba, Tae-Bo, Bollywood fitness and Circuits are just a few of whats on offer. Each class will aim to improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as help you tone up, helping you shape up for summer!
