Aisha Ahmed leads the way to success!!

Year 7 students have been involved in a Hyndburn campaign from Lancashire Constabulary to raise awareness of ‘Home Security’. Students were asked to review home security and safety. As detectives students were requested to submit a report about home security. From all the excellent entries the top five winners were Aisha Ahmed, Savannah Bell, Jack Barnes, Irtika Tariq and Mitchell Campbell; all students were rewarded £10 vouchers. Unfortunately there could only be one winner. Aisha Ahmed was selected by Miss Hussain to represent Rhyddings Business and Enterprise school at a very special award ceremony organized by Lancashire Constabulary.

Aisha’s success continued as she won 1st prize with the ‘Best Report’ in Hyndburn. The winning report was chosen by PCSO Ian McCarroll and his dedicated team.  Aisha was delighted and received £100 worth of vouchers, with £250 for Rhyddings.

Aisha was praised for her outstanding report by Ian McCarroll, “This was an excellent report, the quality was outstanding and Aisha demonstrated an extremely high standard of skills, knowledge and understanding. She critically assessed the risks and provided clear recommendations.”

Congratulations to Aisha!!!
